Salary and Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in Internal Controls and SOX Governance. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

Key Responsibilities

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires expertise in SOX Governance, Internal Controls, and process improvement. You'll lead the development and maintenance of the SOX program, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee testing procedures to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

You'll also co-develop the SOX strategy, support local markets in preparing for external SOX audits, and present findings to senior leadership. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be invaluable assets in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing SOX in a reputable firm, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • International experience, particularly in European, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Latin American markets.
  • Proficiency in Wdesk or similar system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) or relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret internal policies and procedures.
