We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team on a 10-12 month contract. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end reviews and supporting the implementation of SOX in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Execution: Conduct high-quality audits in a timely and efficient manner within budget.
  • SOX Implementation: Support key implementation activities arising from UK SOX.
  • Communication: Communicate concise updates and inspire action from management.
  • Cooaching: Provide coaching to junior staff members.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW) or Chartered Internal Auditor (CIA) with at least 8 years' experience in internal audit.
  • Experience in fast-moving environments with immature risk/control frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and data analytics.
