The successful candidate will work one-to-one with young people, building positive relationships and trust through assertive outreach, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. You will act as an advocate, mentor, and service navigator, increasing the likelihood of engagement with pathways to services and support.

Key responsibilities include working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, engaging with young people using a trauma-informed approach, and accompanying clients to appointments. You will also champion safeguarding needs and promote young people's rights.

To be successful in this role, you will need NVQ level 3, experience of trauma-informed advocacy and mentoring, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
