We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Women's Health Navigator at the Royal Derby Hospital, part of the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to build and improve patient pathways in women's health and cancer services.

About the Role

As a key member of our CNS team, you will provide administrative support, answering phones, triaging calls, and referring to the most appropriate service or person. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that patients and medical staff receive timely and sensitive responses to their queries.

You will also play a vital role in supporting the Gynaecology Cancer Support Group 'One Voice' alongside the CNS team, facilitating meetings and events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties including phone support and triage for both professionals and patients
  • Supporting the Gynaecology Oncology CNS team with daily tasks
  • Facilitating the Gynaecology Cancer Support Group 'One Voice'

Person Specification
  • GCSE or equivalent in English at Grade C or above
  • Demonstrated use of IT systems including EXCEL, Windows, emails, Lorenzo, and databases
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
