Service Delivery Manager - Facilities and Maintenance

GH Engage Limited is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team based in Basildon and across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and communication.
  2. Manage subcontractors, including sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and conducting regular reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Oversee project and contract mobilisation, working closely with the estimator to deliver timely estimates and manage project mobilisation.
  4. Assist in the maintenance and management of quality systems, including ISO 9001 and 14001, and take responsibility for these systems following training.
  5. Manage internal health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Support the Business Development Director in service review meetings as required.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service skills and ability to grow and develop clients.
  2. Proven experience in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality service.
  3. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project mobilisation.
  4. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 and 14001) is desirable.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  7. Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.
