Service Delivery Manager - Facilities and Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at CV Library, a leading provider of job listings and career resources. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and grow their business.
  • Manage a team of subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee the mobilisation of projects, including site surveys, estimating, and contract management.
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service delivery, subcontractor management, and project mobilisation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.
