Service Delivery Manager

Our client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance provider, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team based in Basildon, Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting strong client relationships, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Visiting clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Managing subcontractors, including sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and regular reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Overseeing project mobilisation, including initial client enquiries, site surveys, and working with the estimator to deliver timely estimates.
- Assisting in the maintenance and management of quality systems, including ISO 9001 and 14001.
- Managing internal health and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
- Supporting the Business Development Director in service review meetings.
- Impeccable customer service skills and ability to grow and develop clients.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality service.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project mobilisation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.
