Network and Systems Technician

Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have experience in providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site? We are seeking a Network and Systems Technician to join our So Code Limited team in Wisbech.
Job Description:- Provide 3rd line support for servers, networking, and end-user devices
- Install and maintain servers, networking equipment, and desktops
- Perform maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems, including backups, patch management, and monitoring
- Plan and install cloud systems like Azure and other cloud-based systems
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support environment, with both remote and on-site experience
- Technical expertise in Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure, Active Directory services, Office 365, Sharepoint, Networking, VLAN configuration, and troubleshooting
- A full UK driving license
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
