Electromechanical Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Systems Technician to join our team at Omega Resource Group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their integrated security solutions by attending calls for maintenance, collecting and recording site configuration information accurately, maintaining car stock levels, commissioning small projects, auditing quality procedures, and providing training to customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have previous electrical/mechanical experience in installing and servicing access control, CCTV, intruder alarm systems, as well as knowledge of fire alarm systems, ideally GENT-based. IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification is essential for this position. We require candidates to possess broad technical IT knowledge, including Windows Operating Systems installation, networking, and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of basic electrical principles such as measuring voltage and current drain.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience in auditing quality procedures, providing training to customers and colleagues, or managing car stock levels would be beneficial for your application.
