Network and System Technician

A prestigious Cambridge-based organisation is seeking a Network and System Technician to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Network and System Technician, your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to employees and customers, resolving issues over the phone and face-to-face, logging tickets on Freshdesk, diagnosing issues with hardware and software, and undertaking ad-hoc projects assigned by the IT Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Azure, and Intune, experience with networking, and a willingness to learn. They should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
