As a key member of our catering team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and working closely with new teams on an event-by-event basis.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within retail and possess excellent verbal communication skills. You'll be operating a catering unit in the football ground, working on matchdays, and will have the opportunity to succeed in a fast and innovative catering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Brief all catering team members prior to service
* Complete stock sheets
* Deal with customer complaints efficiently
* Carry out stock checks at designated times
* Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages
* Perform any other duties that are of a reasonable request
