​About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. This varied and interesting role provides an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference every day to the lives of our Home Owners.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and coordinating activities. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners, and is hugely rewarding.

About you

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, with an outgoing and friendly personality. You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety and security of the development. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative.

Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is essential. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
