About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retirement development.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a love of people, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is computer literate and has experience of using Microsoft Office applications. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and make sound judgments.

You will be an accomplished administrator, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative to support the organisation of events and the effective administration of the site.
