Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Director to join our team at Kingdom People. As a Sales Team Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional performance and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  3. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance
  4. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
  • Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • OTE of up to £65,000 per annum
