Salary:$50,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.

Job Description:
As a Sales Advisor at Morris Homes Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to home buyers by understanding their needs and tailoring our service to meet their expectations. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop expert knowledge of our developments and property designs, as well as staying up-to-date on local market trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a memorable first impression and build rapport with customers through personal interactions, phone calls, or email communication.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our development and property designs to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions, competitor offerings, and what sets us apart from other developers.
  • Accompany customers around show homes to demonstrate the quality and uniqueness of our properties.
  • Explain the reservation process and provide guidance to customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Follow up with customers after visits to maintain a stream of potential buyers and convert opportunities into completed sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all paperwork and liaise with Site Management to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
  • Participate in promotional events associated with our developments.
  • Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage companies, and other relevant businesses to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain the sales office, show homes, and stock properties to a high standard both internally and externally.
