Reservations and Accommodation Coordinator Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join The Recruitment Group as a Reservations and Accommodation Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to students, Fellows, and staff within the college community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of accommodation management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

This fixed-term contract position comes with a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the accommodation team in managing bookings and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates
  • Liaise with students to accommodate their requests and welfare needs
  • Contribute to the implementation of efficient systems for collecting payments and managing refunds, damages, and additional charges
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in accommodation management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Basic knowledge of kinetic KX system for accommodation allocation
