Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our night shift team as a Care Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily routines, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Promote independence and autonomy among residents, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Provide social support, safety and comfort, nutritional support, and spread smiles throughout the day.

Requirements:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant in a similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues, residents, and families.
