Job Overview
Care Assistant required to provide full-time care for a young man with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and enjoy a fulfilling career as a carer.

Salary & Benefits
£15 per hour during the week, £16 per hour at weekends. 32 hours per week plus 3 sleep nights. Company pension, free on-site parking, and holiday pay provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities such as eye gaze games, outings to local attractions, and social events.
• Drive an automatic Motability vehicle to transport the client to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, cleaning, and ironing.

Requirements
• Clean full UK driver's license.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience working with people with disabilities an advantage, but not essential.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, approximately 32 hours per week, plus 3 sleep nights. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
