Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our team at Crowne Plaza Reading. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest services.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
