Reception Team Member Job Description

At RBH Hospitality Management, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Reception Team Member, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage the reception area, including handling guest queries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with special requests, such as arranging room changes or providing information on local attractions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
