Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our building.
  • Manage deliveries, including couriers and post, and maintain a secure and organized reception area.
  • Develop a good understanding of the local area, creating a local amenities information file to support our tenants.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including producing weekly reports for key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Competent Microsoft Office user, with the ability to learn in-house systems and processes.
