Revolutionize Supply Chain Efficiency with M Stat

M Stat is committed to transforming supply chain management through innovative AI-driven solutions. As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve sustainable supply chains and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop winning strategies for new clients
  • Participate in the sales lifecycle by acquiring strategic accounts
  • Design and implement innovative sales tools and system integrations
  • Conduct discovery workshops with customers to identify current challenges in their supply chain
  • Participate in industry events, including speaking engagements
  • Showcase our product for both standard and tailored solutions to our prospects and existing clients
  • Develop technical tools to enforce value selling
  • Assist in completing prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotation, and proposals (RFx)
  • Manage the master document for all RFIs, including application, technical, IT security, and commercial questions
  • Engage with existing customers to compile information on their business and technical requirements, determine their needs, and architect appropriate solutions
  • Ensure cross-departmental collaboration and refine our unique selling position
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments and releases, create additional training materials for key clients, and manage demo environments
  • Travel and attend on-site customer meetings and trade shows as needed

Requirements:
  • Technical Master degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles
  • Proficiency in value selling and conducting customer-facing workshops
  • Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, CSM...)
  • Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python
  • Experience with SaaS and Restful APIs integrations
  • A willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proven proactive approach to independent work
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Active listening abilities to comprehend customer needs and offer valuable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native-level English
  • Valid work permit for the UK
