Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Value Team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Autologyx-based technology solutions to meet specific customer needs and capitalize on broader market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the consulting team with deep technical expertise, helping to address and execute complex technical requirements.
  • Design and implement Autologyx-based technology solutions to meet specific customer needs and capitalize on broader market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Product and Solutions teams to understand and clearly communicate the value and technical capabilities of the Autologyx platform.
  • Build strong relationships with specified customers, developing trust and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams, helping to improve service offerings and shape the product roadmap.
  • Educate customers on features and solutions, driving adoption and expanding the use cases of our platform.
  • Develop customer success plans to foster enablement, increase adoption, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, creating champions and advocates for Autologyx within their organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify potential risks that may impact the customer's success or business objectives, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maximize the value of the customer's investment, turning them into reference customers who actively promote and advocate for Autologyx.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, SQL, JSON, and knowledge of data migrations and database structures.
  • Experience in implementing integrations and reading vendor APIs.
  • Ability to design, describe, and optimize workflows, with proficiency in diagramming tools such as Visio or Miro for visualizing solutions (e.g., process flows).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex concepts and demonstrate a passion for advocating our products and services.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with proven problem-solving skills, capable of designing solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Experience within the legal services sector, including customer success, project management, or solutions consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of collaboration, transaction management, project management, or content management solutions.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, open environment with a team of innovative and passionate professionals.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and inspiring individual with a mix of product knowledge, solutions expertise, and legal experience.
