This is an exciting time in NHS Highland as we embark on a journey to implement a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across Health and Social Care. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our eHealth Department as a Clinical eHealth Facilitator to support this initiative.

The postholder will work closely with healthcare professionals across the Board to provide specialist facilitation, support, and guidance in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems such as TrakCare PMS, Care Portal, Morse, Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (HEPMA), and MedsIDL.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who values customer service and has a clear understanding of the importance of empathy, enthusiasm, and motivation in driving change. The ability to adapt to new technologies and processes is essential.
