Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Clinical eHealth Facilitation team at NHS Highland. As a Clinical eHealth Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist facilitation, support and guidance to healthcare professionals in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals across the organisation to identify and address technical and clinical challenges.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to support the adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and project plans for the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
