Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Clinical eHealth Facilitation team at NHS Highland. As a Clinical eHealth Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist facilitation, support and guidance to healthcare professionals in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals across the organisation to identify and address technical and clinical challenges.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to support the adoption of new technologies and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and project plans for the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
