Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at NHS 24. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality telephone triage and clinical assessment services to patients and their carers/relatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an autonomous practitioner providing comprehensive telephone triage and clinical assessment services.
  • Facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement advice, or referral to the appropriate level and location of care.
  • Deliver clinical supervision to non-clinical staff using various models.

Requirements:

  • Registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register.
  • Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to provide continuous clinical supervision and leadership.
  • Extensive post-registration experience in an acute or primary care setting.

  • Shift patterns available: 24hrs 5/8 weekends and 30hrs 5/8 weekends.
