Clinical eHealth Facilitator

This is an exciting time in NHS Highland with the strategy to move to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across Health and Social Care commencing. The eHealth Department is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join their Clinical eHealth Facilitation to support this.
Working with healthcare professionals across the Board, the postholder will provide specialist facilitation, support and guidance in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems such as TrakCare PMS, Care Portal, Morse, Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) and MedsIDL.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills who values teamwork and has a clear understanding of the importance of customer service. The ability to empathise, enthuse and motivate colleagues as they adapt to resultant change to business and organisational processes, is key.
