About the Role

As a Strategic Account Growth Director, you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a new team focused on account management. You'll work closely with our CEO to drive sales execution and help us become the market leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners
  • Develop and implement strategies to segment accounts and prioritize opportunities
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive sales execution and growth
  • Lead the development of processes and procedures to support account management
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to shape processes and define strategies to drive growth
  • Structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts
