Technical Sales Role

As a Sales Specialist - Technical Advisor at Dell Technologies, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers' varying needs. You will work cooperatively with the sales team to help them fulfill and exceed their goals, recommending business solutions, products, and services based on the client's need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
  • Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on the client's need
  • Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
  • Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
  • Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist - Technical Advisor who is eager to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio. You will have some experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on, and a focus on results. Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize are essential for this role.
