Unlock the Future of Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Researcher to join our team and help shape the customer experience across multiple products and markets.

About HeliosX Group

HeliosX Group is a leading healthcare company dedicated to revolutionizing access to medications using technology. Our founder Dwayne D'Souza saw an opportunity in 2013, and we've since grown rapidly without external funding, achieving profitability through innovation and discipline.

We've earned the trust of millions worldwide with top-selling products and well-known brands, spearheaded by in-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists. Our goal is to become a world-leading healthcare partner over the next five years, deepening customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping more people access prescription treatments and making personalized care better, quicker, and easier for everyone.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to lead research initiatives across multiple product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover deep insights about our customers' needs and behaviors.

  • Lead and Manage Research Efforts: Own UX research initiatives, collaborating with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to shape product strategies.
  • Plan and Execute Comprehensive Research: Design and conduct primary research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Synthesise Insights: Analyse and synthesise data to generate actionable insights that inform product design and strategy.
  • Communicate Findings: Present research findings in compelling ways to stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively understood and utilized.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to other researchers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Brand, and Growth Marketing, to ensure research insights are used across the organisation.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced UX Researcher with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in user experience research roles.

  • UX Research Specialist: Deep expertise in UX Research, rather than a generalist background in Product Design or UX Design.
  • Skilled in Qualitative and Quantitative Methods: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and statistical analysis.
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: Ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable insights that drive product decisions and strategy.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting research findings to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Supportive Leader: Experience mentoring and coaching researchers, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a positive team culture.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private health insurance, enhanced parental leave, cycle-to-work scheme, electric car scheme, free Dermatica and MedExpress products, home office allowance, and access to a Headspace subscription, discounted gym memberships, and a learning and development budget.
