Chase & Holland is excited to be working with a highly successful global manufacturer based in Rotherham who are currently recruiting a Bilingual Administrator (German/English) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:- Communication with customers, suppliers, and sales engineers
- Processing customer enquiries and quotations
- Checking material availability and coordinating prices with the external sales force
- Providing customers with technical documentation and certification
- Processing orders for new seals and services
- Managing customer portals and orders
- Creating and sending sales orders, order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and invoices
- Maintaining customer records and updating contracts
- Processing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Registering shipments online with carriers
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong administration skills
