Job Title:

Commercial Contract Negotiator for Global Data Centres

In this role, you will work as a key member of the CBRE Data Centre Solutions team in London or remotely within the UK. Your main purpose is to support business growth and customer satisfaction by educating, influencing, and advising stakeholders on commercial best practices.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts on a timely basis, adopting and agreeing negotiation strategies with internal stakeholders, leading negotiations involving key business and legal stakeholders, achieving signed contract documents, and influencing internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with CBRE contracting standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and agree contracts on a timely basis to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
  • Adopt and agree negotiation strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations involving key business and legal stakeholders.
  • Achieve signed contract documents.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comply with CBRE contracting standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • At least five years relevant experience in a commercial role.
  • Sales-focused contract negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated individual experienced and comfortable with complex problem-solving and providing solutions-based advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of working with, educating, and influencing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluency in English.
