In this dynamic role, you will work on high-profile projects that shape the future of data management and infrastructure. Our team collaborates across diverse sectors, fostering a unique opportunity for professional growth and networking.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Contract management from inception to completion, including pre-contract support and post-contract services
  • Expertise in NEC forms of contract, such as Option A, B, C, and E, as well as bespoke contracts
  • Lead client relationships to ensure project delivery according to specification and budget, while seeking opportunities for contract improvements
  • Stakeholder engagement across multiple projects
  • Issuing and reviewing early warning notices
  • Priced and assessed compensation events
  • Monthly commercial reporting
  • Contractor and subcontractor account management
  • Updating risk registers
  • Programme review
  • Issuing payment certificates and valuation assessments
  • Mentoring junior team members

About You:

We seek experienced Quantity Surveyors or Commercial Managers with a background in regulated environments like Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Nuclear, Infrastructure, or Petrochemical sectors.

  • Broad technical knowledge of procurement, supply chain, cost, and commercial management
  • Experience with standard forms of contract, including NEC suites, and Public Contract Regulations 2015 is advantageous
  • Ideal qualifications include HNC, HND, or degrees in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law, or relevant disciplines
