The role involves leading the commercial negotiation of new business with clients, including contract negotiations across multiple market sectors. As a trusted commercial adviser, you will provide guidance to the deal leadership team and design winning strategies for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive commercial advice to the deal leadership team.
  • Design and implement effective commercial strategies across departments.
  • Identify risks, liabilities, and contractual commitments.
  • Draft bespoke contracts independently.
  • Experience in pre-contract signature environments.

Salary Estimate: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
