">Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Contract Manager to join our team. As an Energy Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating new contracts, managing existing ones, and ensuring that our company meets its contractual obligations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Negotiate new contracts, variations, side letters, and pricing
- Manage all in-life risks associated with contracts and report on these quarterly
- Oversee the migration of MHHS services with our exclusive provider
- Ensure cost reporting for each contract remains within forecasted spend
- Manage cross-departmental stakeholders to oversee cost, quality of service, and continuous improvement through energy contracts
Requirements:
">- Degree level in Business or Law (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional commercial acumen
- Able to build enduring relationships with suppliers
- Strong internal stakeholder management
- Experience in contract management, supplier relationship management, and negotiation
