About the Role

This is a high-profile role that supports Sales leadership and the wider Sales team across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have strong academic background and admitted to practise law in England and Wales or another major EMEA territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors, including marketing suppliers and other general commercial contracts.
  • Negotiating agreements with alliance/channel partners and technology partners.
  • Supporting sales teams with commercial contract negotiation.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
