Behavioural Assistant - Post-16 Student Support

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioural Assistant to join our team at Future Education. As a Behavioural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting post-16 students with ADHD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour, ensuring they access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Provide individualised support to students, promoting their emotional and social development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour.
Salary and Benefits:
