Job Title: Individualised Learning Support Professional

A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists for an Individualised Learning Support Professional to join our team at a vibrant mainstream primary school in Havering, London.

In this role, you will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and encouragement to succeed academically and personally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver individualised learning plans to support students with SEN, promoting progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and prepare resources, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills, including literacy and numeracy.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritising student needs and well-being.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school community.

Compensation: £19,600 - £28,800 per annum (£375 - £525 per week)
