About the Role

The Government Internal Audit Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Efficiencies and Organizational Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Organizational Change Team, you will be responsible for facilitating and delivering activities at all stages of the project life cycle, from vision to readiness, training, benefits realization, and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and implementation of change management and project management tools and templates to ensure a consistent approach across the organization.
  • Help promote cross-team working through effective engagement with teams outside of immediate work area.
  • Write high-quality content, coordinating any specialist input regarding business change.
  • Lead benefits realization across projects and understand the impact of all business change activities on benefits management.
  • Own the business change plan for programs/projects and provide input into the overall program/project plans.
  • Continuously evaluate change management strategies/project management strategies and adapt approaches based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Implement standard methodologies and lessons learned from initiatives to optimize future implementations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience in change management, strong analytical skills, and a 'can-do' approach. You will be skilled at stakeholder management, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies, and implementing processes that promote productivity and quality.
