Overview:
Our **Team Leaders** here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focussed culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a **Family** **Team** **Leader **to join our Sefton (Bootle) Team. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service.

**Hours**:37.5 per week
**Salary**: £34,700.09 - £36,635.38 pro rata (dependant on experience)
**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:
- Operational line management of the family team which includes supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management as well as ensuring staff follow CGL and external policies applicable to their roles.
- Empowering staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist service users reaching their full potential as individuals and community members.
- Manage staff rotas, working with other managers to ensure all elements of the service are covered appropriately.
- Ensuring quality of service delivery through data analysis and engaging staff in service quality improvement planning. Where necessary, create team and individual performance plans to improve quality and performance.
- Work with your team to ensure that the practices within the team/service enable identification of service users, children and families who are at risk. Ensure that staff are competent in the delivery of interventions that reduce risk to service users.
- Lead on collaborative working with Childrens' social care and other support agencies to support families who are at risk.
- Support staff to improve service user outcomes through audits and observed practice, providing timely values-based feedback.
**About you**:
- Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services.
- Knowledge and experience of safeguarding and current children’s social care thresholds, referral processes and interventions.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
- Experience of effective partnership working relationship management, pathway and protocol development
- Experience of culture and change management, staff engagement, service improvement.
- Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
- Skills which demonstrate effective communication in a variety of formats to a broad audience
