Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage the safe and efficient delivery of Groundwork and Civils projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee all health and safety issues related to the project, implementing safe working practices and procedures to minimize risks.
  • Site Management: Monitor attendance and timekeeping, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Material Management: Manage material orders and call-offs to ensure timely delivery of materials required to meet project requirements.
  • Documentation: Ensure all relevant design and specification documentation is current and communicated to the onsite team.
  • Additional Work: Identify and manage additional work, incorporating commercial implications into decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: SMSTS Certificate, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
