About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Course Manager to lead our team at London Airlinks Golf Course, a brand new 18-hole golf course located in west London. As a Golf Course Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience, leading from the front and motivating your team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the mobilisation and launch of a brand new facility, including 18-hole course, clubhouse, and Toptracer Range.
  • Recruit and manage a strong team to deliver a range of services, including customer experience, maintenance, catering, and retail.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy golf venue, including financial management and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with the golf course maintenance team to provide an exceptional quality playing experience.
  • Identify opportunities and partnerships with local businesses and community groups to raise the profile of the venue and encourage more people to try, learn, and love golf.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement and deliver a brilliant, creative marketing strategy.
  • Support the golf academy team to deliver an exciting program of lessons and activities to the local community.
  • Develop a quality catering service in our family-friendly clubhouse.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of golf operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
