Salary: £23,000 - £25,500 per annum
The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with young people in a dynamic, values-driven environment, supporting them in developing essential life skills, building confidence, and reaching their goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support young people with daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and evening relaxation activities
- Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and support learning new skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
- Help young people set and achieve personal goals, promoting independence and self-confidence
