Job Title: Exclusion Room Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Exclusion Room Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other school staff to provide individualized support and guidance to pupils in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to pupils in the internal exclusion room
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure seamless transition and support for pupils
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

A strong commitment to education and a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential. Previous experience as a TA, tutor, or cover supervisor would be highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £100-£180 per day, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
