We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our service department in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and vehicle maintenance.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, CSI metrics, and other performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
  4. Manage and control departmental budgets, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  6. Review and track Service KPIs on a regular basis to monitor performance and identify trends.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of success. You will need to be a strong leader, ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
