Financial Administrator

BTO Solicitors LLP is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied and busy workload, providing an efficient and effective financial administrative service to clients, partners, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and processing of fee notes
  • Credit control
  • Assisting staff and clients with queries relating to BTO invoices
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks under the direction of the Feeing Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in a similar role, excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience of using MS Office (including Excel) and financial systems is essential. A working knowledge of 3E or a similar practice management system and purchase ledger experience would be an advantage.
