Office Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join a small family run mortgage and financial services business in the heart of the West End of Glasgow. We are looking for someone who is keen and willing to learn to help drive our business forward. Experience within the Financial Services industry is essential.
Duties of the role include:
- Processing transfer of servicing and chasing providers for relevant policy information.
- Liaising with a wide range of providers and platforms.
- Maintaining client files and updating back office system.
- Preparing client meeting packs and producing relevant paperwork for clients including quotations, illustrations and valuations on behalf of the adviser.
- Preparing protection research, extracting quotes directly from providers and conducting pre-sales underwriting on behalf of the adviser.
- Preparing pension and investment research, liaising with providers to generate illustrations and proposals suitable to the client’s requirements.
- Processing protection, investment and pension new business. Ensuring paperwork is complete and compliant.
- Preparing suitability reports for protection, investment and pensions.
- Client servicing including withdrawals and fund switches.

**Salary**: £23,000 to £25,000 /year
