About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support our Duty Free team in delivering business strategy and commercial targets. As a Retail Buying Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in managing weekly communication with vessels/shops, implementing cost and retail price changes, and setting up new lines/promotions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about buying and eager to start a career in this fast-paced industry. You'll need sharp analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent written and spoken English.

The successful candidate will have a valid passport and be willing to travel. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, a contributory company pension scheme, life assurance cover, and a range of other benefits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly communication with vessels/shops to ensure clarity of message and engagement.
  • Implement cost and retail price changes in the LS21 system.
  • Set up new lines/promotions and support forecasting.
  • Maintain online training tools and training visit schedules for vessels.
  • Support weekly trading meetings and ad hoc reporting for sales performance analysis.
