We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-wash station, and rubbish compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Great listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.60
