Kitchen Porter Assistant

About this role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Kitchen Porter to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-wash station, and rubbish compactor.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, knives, and equipment.
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock.
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
What you'll need
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Great listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
